* Taking and making calls
* Dealing with incoming emails, calls and letters
* Negotiating affordable repayment plans
* Completing financial affordability forms
* Ensure the plans are maintained, increased of decreased dependent on person circumstances
Experience and Skills Required:
* Phone based customer service experience
* Experience working within the Debt Collection industry or within a collection environment is preferable
* Organised and efficient
* Experience with negotiation
* Experience dealing with potential vulnerable customers
* Previously worked within a regulated environment
* Able to speak another language - preferred
