A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious lawyer to join a tier 1 legal 500 ranked Clinical Negligence team based in Tunbridge Wells. The team are looking to grow there high achieving department, considering candidates with at least one years post qualification experience.

The clinical negligence team is one of the most established teams in the country. The lawyers have dealt with thousands of cases, covering all areas, many worth millions of pounds to the injured person.

The team deal with a wide range of matters which includes orthopaedic and spinal injury claims, birth injury, cerebral palsy, surgical negligence and cancer claims acting for a wide range of individuals who have suffered illness or injury as a result of substandard care, which includes treatment from a GP, hospital or private clinician.

The ideal candidate would have prior experience in dealing with clinical negligence matters. You will have great technical ability alongside some excellent communication skills, able to deliver an exceptional client service.
