Job Title: Client Services Team Member
Location: London - St Paul's
Salary: £Competitive

Search Consultancy is currently recruiting on behalf of a well established law firm based within London, looking to welcome a Client Services Team Member to the business. This company is a leading law firm, operating within 8 UK cities as well as an overseas presence. The main purpose of this role will be to deliver outstanding Reception service to internal and external clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a national Client Services team, however please be aware that although based in London, you may be required on occasions to attend to other UK offices, to provide cover for absence or to support with after work events when required.

Duties & Responsibilities;

- Greet all Clients on arrival and assist them when required within a helpful manner
- Complete all daily and monthly checklists and audits, adhering to the procedures for Client Services
- Commute and liaise with all external caterers
- Assist the marketing team with in house events
- Organise and maintain and tidy and clean reception area
- Manage the Outlook diary
- Support with all travel and hotel bookings for internal clients
- Operate the company switchboard, answer all calls and transfer and take down messages when required
- Undertake First Aid and Fire Marshall duties
- Completing food hygiene and health and safety training
- Order all breakfast, lunches and dinner requests when required
- Be responsible for maintain a clean and tidy kitchen that complies with food and hygiene regulations and report any faults within this area is needed
- Provide any administration support to the Central Marketing Events Team for London-based events which could include pack and badge production
- Setting up conference calls
- Comply with the company's policies and procedures
- Communicate with the Central Marketing Events Team in order to provide on-the-ground meet and greet events for assisting in London based events
- Order stock when required and completing monthly stocktakes
- Coding and merging all invoices
- Manage all internal meeting rooms to a high standard
- Work alongside other teams and provide support and assistance when required

Skills & Experience;

- Previous Reception experience
- Knowledge and experience in using a switchboard - Mitel would be desired
- Good time keeping
- Previous experience in working within the Professional Services industry would be advantageous
- Previous Administration experience is desired
- A Food/Hygiene or Reception qualification is preferred but not essential
- Flexibility in working shift patterns
- Exceptional customer service skills
