An established and award winning Wealth Management firm in London, seeks an experienced Employee Benefits Client Services Manager to join their successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that genuinely recognises success and is renowned for their approach to training and developing their staff. In return for your hard work and dedication to the role, you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £32500 (negotiable depending on experience) 25 days holiday, PMI, Income Protection, Cycle Scheme & Season Ticket Loan.

The role
The successful applicant will be expected to deliver a high touch and professional service to the client portfolio, whilst providing competent and proactive administration of their schemes. The role will also require you to provide support to fellow colleagues, Financial Advisers and Senior Management, where appropriate. Further responsibilities will include:

  • Delivery of high quality, professional and caring service to our clients both external and internal.
  • Processing of new and existing group risk and auto enrolment business including the production of suitability reports and other various reporting required throughout the life-cycle of the client.
  • Scheme maintenance including aspects such as contribution uploads, renewals, joiners, leavers, etc.
  • Ensuring client information is fully documented, meets all relevant regulatory and company standards, and is continuously maintained.


The Candidate
You will have already established yourself within an EB administration role and be competent in most aspects of GPP, GIP, DIS, PMI and Auto Enrolment. You are confident and comfortable in dealing with clients directly over the telephone and may have some experience / exposure to face-to-face client meetings. You enjoy variety in your day and find it easy to manage multiple cases and clients at the same time.
