A prestigious and successful financial services company are looking for a senior administrator to join their small but friendly team offering a brilliant benefits package and a great environment where they work hard to play hard. This is a Mon - Fri 9am-5pm role working in Glasgow city centre, with great travel links and a gorgeous office.
Within this Client Service Administrator role you will be reporting to a friendly and supportive manager and providing general admin support to the senior members of staff providing data entry to various systems, preparing meetings, diary management, using excel daily, general ad hoc administration duties to assist the team and reception cover when needed. You will be working within a fast paced environment working to SLA's, raising invoices, and have a broad understanding of finance and working with a compliant and regulatory environment.
In order to be successful in applying for this role you will be a quick learner who is happy to hit the ground running, comfortable with systems and is happy to help the team and comfortable within a small team working environment. You will need to have experience within a Financial Services background for at least two years and have an understanding of investments and pensions. You will need to be proactive with an excellent attention to detail, a brilliant communicator and comfortable with systems, record keeping and reporting and happy to work within a corporate environment.
