Our client is looking for Client Relations Support Agents to join their vibrant, fast paced and exciting team.

The role of Client Relations Support Agent cannot be understated; it plays an integral part of service process by working with your client relations managers and ensuring that all dealings with their designated firms is a smooth and efficient process. This is done through taking ownership of your own responsibilities, collaborating with your fellow CRS colleagues and being proactive at all times. Communication is key.

In this role you will be offered a varied workload, managing multiple queries via various channels all with the aim of ensuring that their standards are met, enabling their advisors to get the best outcomes for their clients.

To be considered for the role of Client Relations Support Agent you would need to consider yourself to be the following;

* Experience in a customer/client service role (preferably in the pension and investment sector)

This vacancy should excite you, and if it doesn't then it's not for you. Along with a handsome salary of £21,500 per annum it is also Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5pm.
