Client Relationship Executive/ Account Manager
£28,000 - £30,000 FTC + up to £9000 bonus

Our clients has a new exciting opportunity looking for skilled relationship managers who are passionate about providing a high level of customer service, are numerate, process driven, have high attention to detail. The role-holder will build meaningful relationships with key clients and private sector staff, with a particular focus on decision makers and senior management.

The role is critical to our client retention and growth strategy and will require a tenacious, confident, patient and creative sales and account management professional. In return we offer a top end salary £28000 - £30000. Our client offers great working environment, full training, a and a 40 hours working week.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Skills and Attributes

  • Previous experience working as a relationship manager / Account Manager or a track record of managing relationships
  • Experience in managing relationships with multiple clients Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Good level IT skills including competence with Microsoft Office
  • Willing and able to travel

KEY TASKS

  • Assume full account responsibility for all communications within designated portfolio of clients
  • Plan and execute daily / weekly contact plan with clients
  • Identifying ong term clients in conjunction with our Commercial Analysts and Business Unit Managers
  • Creating strategies for engagement to enable meaningful conversations about current and future supply
  • Building relationships across all relevant sections of the client and private sector including, but not limited to, procurement, staffing, finance, operations
  • Set up regular account reviews and use these to enhance the current trading relationship and identify opportunities for growth
  • Identify clients current and future needs and communicate these with other departments
  • Log client engagements on CRM
  • Prepare regular management reports
