Job Title: Client On-boarding Administrator

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Altrincham

Salary: £19,500-Plus benefits

Hours- Hours -8:30am to 5pm

Responsibilities of role

* Deliver an excellent, efficient process for new joiners, movers and leavers within the Group
* Complete ongoing maintenance required for Network firms - change of details, FIS, knowledge assessments and removal of permissions for example
* Support the Contact Strategy for our Sesame Network members, delivering one point of communication for Network requirements
* Ensure processes and procedures are kept up to date for the operational function, identify any changes required
* Highlight improvements to process and procedures, drive changes that improve the member and client experience across the Group
* To support the management team in delivering weekly and monthly MI.
* Ensure you take accountability of any development and act on any feedback
* To undertake projects as and when required, to support the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives.
* Partake in developing a multi-functional team that are able to adapt in order to provide the best level of support to the wider Operations functional team.
* Awareness of operational and regulatory risk, which may impact the organisation. Be Responsible for reporting to their line manager any risk which may impact on the business.

* Knowledge of Compliance procedures
* Proactively develop and maintain relevant technical knowledge of the Training & Competence scheme.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
