We are looking for a number of customer service advisors to join an international insurance company based in Runcorn. The role is based from home for the next few weeks and then will move to a blend of home and office working - so you get the best of both worlds!

The shifts are 5 days out of 7 and will include working some weekends.

Main duties and responsibilities:

* Answering incoming calls from customers
* Responding to customer queries via email and telephone
* Updating customer details using an in house system
* Filtering calls and directing them to the relevant department

Required experience:

* Previous experience working in similar role
* Customer Service background
* Ability to resolve customer queries
* Ability to use MS Packages
* Excellent telephone manner
* Positive 'can do' attitude
