Are you a claims professional looking to accelerate your career development?
This dynamic organisation, which possesses a clear and ambitious plan for sustained growth and operates in the global insurance and reinsurance markets, are currently seeking a skilled Claims Officer to join their ever-expanding claims operation.
The role will see you assist in the management of a varied insurance claim portfolio, whilst also efficiently providing general administrative support to the Claims Managers, Adjusters and Coordinators of various functions including answering calls and directing queries to the appropriate teams.
Undertaking tasks, such as setting up claims, managing and monitoring spreadsheets for various processes, you will be confident and self-motivated, with the ability to work efficiently as part of a team or independently, and must be capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Prior experience of evaluating new claim notifications, responding to, registering, and allocating claims to the appropriate person, third party loss adjuster or law firm would be advantageous, as would experience of managing and manipulating data, requirement for accurate data entry and consistent record keeping.
