Would you like to work within property claims? Do you enjoy working within small, close knit teams? I'm hiring for a Claims Handler for one of the UK's leading providers of emergency response and building repair services. This is an office based role located in Pudsey, Leeds.

What's the role?

* Managing claims from first point of contact for new cases to conclusion and invoicing
* Liaising with customers and clients
* Allocating contractors to carry out repairs
* Guiding claims through to settlement
* Responding to general customer service enquiries
* Complaint management

What do we need from you?

* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong administration skills
* Capable of working within a small team
* Ongoing positivity
* Computer literate
