• £27,000 (based on 40 hours)
• Plus £5,000 PA Service Charge

As a Chef de Partie you will be part of a large team of Chefs and involved in working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting the Sous Chef's & Head Chef with the day to day running of this busy operation. Producing food to the highest standards is essential, using the finest local ingredients available, the restaurant operates a high volume, high turnover model, so working well to a time line is essential for this role.
