**Chef - B&I Contract Catering - £22,500pa - Monday to Friday Daytime Shifts**
A position has become available in a truly exceptional contract catering unit in Hendon and we are currently on the look out for a Chef de Partie with a background in the fresh food catering environment.
These roles don't come up every day given that the shifts are Monday to Friday and daytime hours, the work life balance is something that most Chefs can only dream of! The shift patterns would be Monday to Friday - 7am to 3pm feeding up to 550 covers on a daily basis, you would be responsible for managing a section, supporting the staff members and you would be expected to have both great culinary knowledge as well as excellent communication skills.
The ideal Chef de Partie for this role will ensure food standards are kept high, be punctual whilst possessing the passion and drive to succeed is essential. HACCP and COSHH requirements will be expected but extensive coaching will be provided.
