My client is one of the fastest growing contract caterers. They are looking for a chef manager for a site in Trafford park. This would be an out standing opportunity for any chef manager.

You will need to hold a high standard of cooking skills, be up to date with modern food trends and provide a good food offering that will keep the clients fulfilled.

You will be responsible for a modest team that will help you in creating consistent standards, so trading skills will help here. Along with a good knowledge of online systems like forth etc would be advantageous as most of your office work will be done on system, you will also need to be up to date with:

HACCAP, COSHH and Health & Safety

Organisational skills are a must as you will be responsible for the whole sites:

Rotas, ordering, menu planning, stock control, staff training and all kitchen management.

Good communication skills are needed as you will be loading with the client on a daily bases and reporting back to your operations manager daily also.
