Chef Manager / Head Chef - Slough - Monday to Friday - Circa £26k

I am currently looking for a Chef Manager to join a prestigious contract caterer, where quality is of the up-most importance. You will be the first Chef Manager into the operation and will be instrumental in the direction that the site will go in.

If you are looking for a project and autonomy in building a successful unit, then this is the job for you. You will work in a small team of two, strictly Monday to Friday in a very busy location.

This role is not for the faint hearted and while it presents great work life balance, it also will fill you with the satisfaction of leaving your mark on a site. This is the perfect opportunity to boost your career and make an impact in a nationally recognised Contract Caterer, known for promoting from within.

The shift pattern is 06:30 - 15:30 every day. You will be in charge of every aspect of the unit, including ordering, stock taking, HACCP and COSHH, ensuring that everything going out of the kitchen is at company standards.

Experience in a similar role is paramount and while training is provided, you must be comfortable putting in a shift in the kitchen, and competent in all admin sides of the business.

In return for your hard work and creativity you will be awarded a very generous salary package and a comprehensive benefits package, tied with every opportunity to progress your career to where you want it to be.

If this sounds like the role for you then get in touch now!
