Sous Chef - Horsham - 40hrs - Straight Shifts - to £28,000pa
40 hours a week, straight shifts, 6.30 till 3pm or 13.30 till 10pm, all over time returned as time in lieu. At least one weekend day off per week, excellent pension scheme and a performance bonus. You will have 5 weeks paid holiday plus bank holidays and off between Christmas and New Year- this fantastic company know how to treat their chefs!

You will be preparing a variety of meals for conference delegates as well as pushing the boat out for weddings and events. You will be in a position to put your ideas forward and be part of the development of new menus and dishes.
A background with fresh food is essential as the standard here is high; volume experience is also going to help massively due to the popularity of the site.
