Chef de Partie - 8 till 4.30 - Tunbridge Wells - £22,000pa
Working in a busy fresh food kitchen as part of a team of 5 chefs, you will be producing excellent quality dishes for the café/restaurant. Working from 8am - 4:30pm this is a great way for a Chef to continue working with fresh food, cooked to the highest standards and still have time for family life outside work.

As a Chef de Partie you will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen, participating in busy services, ensuring food standards are kept high with the potential for putting your ideas forward for the menu as well as ensuring all HACCP and COSHH requirements.
Experience in a similar role is preferential, but by no means essential, as long as you have fresh food experience, pub, hotel or event catering. You will need to show drive, ambition and an ability along with a strong work ethic.
