Chef de Partie - Vineyard - Dorking - £22,000pa

We are currently looking for an exceptional Chef de Partie for this top class restaurant and event venue in rural Surrey producing rosette level food.
Rosette experience would be advantageous although all quality fresh food kitchen experience will be considered; volume experience will also be of real benefit to you. Working across the fine dinning restaurant and the café and events side of the business, high standards are expected at this venue.
The position is paying up to £22,000 per annum
A typical working week would be 40 hours five days out of seven over straight shifts. Sunday to Wednesday 8am till 4pm (including Thursday in the winter!)
