We are currently looking for a Chef De Partie for this award winning 16th century coaching house with rooms. The style of food is very much modern British with an emphasis on fresh local produce.
The ideal candidate will have some experience at a similar level but passion and drive are ultimately what our client is looking for, an eye for detail and a keen interest in current food trends are also advantageous.
You MUST ensure food standards are kept high, be punctual and be a real team player HACCP and COSHH requirements will be expected but extensive coaching will be provided.
The position is paying up to £22,000pa, plus excellent tips.
