We are currently looking for an exceptional Chef de Partie for this leading 15th century country house hotel.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar background with exposure to a variety of cooking styles and a progressive work history, Rosette experience is essential for this role - you must be able to demonstrate great culinary skill and a real can do attitude.
Along side the restaurant there is a one Michelin starred restaurant, wedding, events, and private dining, plus a 43 bedroom hotel, so you need to be on the ball and have a flexible attitude. Working under the Executive Chef you must have the ability to train, coach enthuse and develop junior team members whilst maintaining the highest standards
You will be involved in the development of new dishes and menus, so will have creative flair and an eye for detail. Responsible for the smooth day to day running of your assigned section you will be resourceful and approachable.
You MUST ensure food and hygiene standards are kept high. HACCP and COSHH requirements must also be met.
Working 5 days out of 7, the position is paying up to £24,000 per annum plus gratuities and an excellent company incentive and benefit scheme.
