Chef De Partie - NW1 - circa £21,500 - Monday to Friday - Term Time only
Looking for a Chef De Partie who is a streamline worker and doesn't mind working in a customer facing role, This is fantastic role working with fresh produce in a fast paced environment in the contract catering sector.
What will be required of their next Chef De Partie role:
o Monday to Friday
o 1 weekend a month
o Occasional evenings (business dependant)
o Catering for 3000 pax
o Efficient, streamline worker
o Prepare top quality food with fresh produce
o A number of different satellite units to work in from coffee shop , bistro, general restaurant, Pizza counter , Vegan bar, daily street food stall.
o Summer Functions
o To ensure all areas of the kitchen are upholding to H&S standards
The ideal Chef De Partie will be:
o Passionate about current food trends
o A self starter, be able to work off own initiative
o Strong people skills
o Able to cope with high volumes
o Constantly looking to progress and develop
o Team player
