Chef de Partie - Liverpool - £18,000 + tips - 2 Rosette Level
We're looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie to work along side a Michelin Experienced and 3 Rosette winning Head Chef for this well loved all day dining concept in Liverpool.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work alongside the talented Head Chef, leaning from their experience in the very best kitchens. You will also have the opportunity to create new dishes for the menu and work with the Head Chef from conception to implementation.
Ideally you will have experience as Chef de Partie at a minimum of 1 AA Rosette and have taken some responsibility for menu creation and worked in a small team.
You'll need to have a decent working knowledge of classic cookery techniques and a creative mind in order to modernise classics. You should be constantly inquisitive and always looking to learn new and interesting presentations and techniques.
