A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Change Analyst to join a financial services contact centre in Glasgow City Centre

This role is suitable for candidates who have operational change management experience in a contact centre environment.

Salary is between £30000-£34000

The company provides services to a key banking client to help them achieve their strategic growth plans.

To role purpose is to ensure effective management of all business change requests from point of initiation through implementation to post implementation review.

Areas of change include but are not limited to Client Implementation, Efficiency, regulatory and product development

Demonstrable ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder/client relationships is essential


Key Deliverables

-Apply structured methodology to lead change management activities across all business areas
-Full end to end impact analysis including process re-engineering
-Daily relationship building with key stakeholders and Senior Management to update on progress, issues and developments
-Maintain all documentation
