Our client is looking for a SIPP Case Handler in Liverpool to resolve disputes between customers and financial advisors. It's a challenging but satisfying role and comes with a salary of up to £23k per annum.

As a self-invested personal pensions case handler, you will be thoroughly investigating both sides of the dispute by reviewing the evidence and speaking to both parties. You will make a fair and impartial decision, then communicate your findings via written and telephony communication. You must ensure that it is clear for everyone involved to understand.
