This is a permanent case handler role working on behalf of one of the UK's leading financial services organisations. If you're currently working in customer services but looking for a bit more of a challenge then this will be perfect for you.

What to expect as a case handler

You will deal with a range of different customer queries and complaints that require in-depth investigation. It will be your job to conduct that from start to finish and maintain an excellent level of service throughout.

This is a very busy department where you will be managing multiple cases, liaising with customers and other parties as appropriate.

The shifts are an absolute gift; Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm. No weekends!!


What you'll need

Excellent written and verbal skills are a must here due the complex nature of the enquiries. You'll also need a passion for customer service and be motivated to achieve the best possible outcomes for the customer and organisation.

As you'll be working in financial services, you will need to be able to pass a credit check and criminal record check, and be able to start work on 31st January 2019.
