Our client is looking for a full-time Care Assistant in Braintree to work nights in a residential nursing home. Earning £9 p/h, you'll be attending to all the personal care needs of residents as part of a committed and collaborative care team. As such, you'll help create a homely atmosphere in which the residents can enjoy maximum independence, stimulation and choice.
The health care assistant will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
Your Care worker skills and responsibilities
You'll be a passionate and empathetic Care Assistant in Braintree able to work nights, including weekends and bank holidays. Some of your duties in this healthcare role will include:
? Taking responsibility for the Care of a group of residents, including introductions to the home and contributing to the continual assessment of care plans, reviews and case conferences.
? Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and meals.
? Respecting the confidential nature of the role and adhering to our client's code of conduct at all times.
? Being supportive, flexible, reliable, honest and understanding of the needs and views of others.
