Search Consultancy, one of the leading UK recruitment businesses, are recruiting for an exceptional Care Coordinator for a large Care company providing excellent Care services for the elderly in Halton. If you have experience in coordinating a large staffing team for Care companies, this could be the next change that you're looking for.
You'll be earning a salary of £21,000 and some excellent benefits. Based out of their Head Office in Halton, your critical Care role will involve creating rotas for staff, monitoring care plans, providing administrative support where needed and adding new care, nursing staff and service users onto the system.
As a Care Coordinator You will be working 37.5 hours a week which includes early/late shifts and occasional weekends. You will be required to be on-call 1 in every three weeks for which you would be paid an additional £140 per on-call week.
This rewarding care role requires you to complete accurate records, to undertake other tasks as needed, and ensure all work complies with health and safety rules and relevant policies and procedures. Being focused, committed, and flexible in providing service inputs in a large Care company is required. The successful candidate must ideally have previous experience as a healthcare coordinator, and access to a vehicle is preferred.
