Are you seeking a new challenge within Care and looking for Training to be upskilled to work with a leading Local charity?

Search are working exclusively with a client that promotes Independence within young people who have Autism with Challenging behaviour who are seeking to recruit 2 Behaviour Support Care Assistant to work with their service users in promoting independence from Childhood into adult hood.

You will be trained in Behaviour Support Techniques based on ABA theories to work with the service users during their everyday life. Each Service user has their own individual behaviour plan that you follow. These plans have been specifically designed to enable the service user to work towards independence and a fulfilled life.

The company does promote an active lifestyle for the service users meaning you will not be in 1 place all the time and daily tasks will vary.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Autism
Have some Care experience with Young People
Have worked in a community setting with Young People
Wants to make a difference to a persons life.
A flexible approach to working hours.
Due to the nature of the client group you will need to be a Driver and have your own car.
