Search Consultancy is assisting a client within the Education sector recruit a Brand & Reputation Campaigns Officer for a maternity cover contract for 6 months. The pay rate is £16.27 per hour and hybrid working is available.

Job duties & responsibilities:

  • To manage the weekly campaign plan and co-ordinate activity with creative and media agencies to ensure brand communications are promoted on selected channels according to agreed time lines
  • To prepare briefs and campaign plans that support the successful implementation of domestic and international campaigns across owned and paid media. This includes regular engagement with colleagues in Marketing Communications to brief and co-ordinate brand communications across channels and audiences
  • Support the production, sign off and delivery of campaign assets according to brand guidelines and agreed time lines, ensuring that inventory is communicated to agencies and colleagues in a readily accessible way
  • Proactively monitor and review campaign activity and use online insight and analytics tools and campaign reports to evaluate performance
  • Regularly review and update content on owned and third-party sites to ensure messages are up to date and relevant to the target audience. Use online insight and analytics tools and campaign reports to evaluate performance and make recommendations for future campaigns
  • Write and edit copy for digital communications including social media, e-communications, web and third-party advertising sites, keeping accessibility in mind at all times. Use the media library (imagery and photography) or newly missioned creative to enhance online brand presence
  • Create and send persuasive e-communications for subscriber audiences with the aim of generating positive engagement and growing subscribers
  • To improve service efficiency and accuracy through the design and development of campaign templates and operational checklists
  • Manage an annual planning calendar that captures activity along with external rankings and awards key dates and deadlines to better inform the timing of reputational activities

Essential skills & experience required:

  • Experience of working in an agency or in house marketing team to support the delivery of paid brand campaigns for a range of audiences
  • Experience of working directly to brief in-house or agency creative teams according to brand guidelines and agreed budgets
  • Experience of writing compelling copy and sourcing images or videography for digital communications
  • Experience of working with organisational brand guidelines
  • Experience of working with content management systems for web and e-communications
  • Experience of using dashboards or online measurement tools to monitor campaign performance
