We are looking to recruit a Quality Assessor to join a fast growing well established company based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. You will join a Data Processing team listening and grading all calls made by a thriving contact centre team. This is an excellent opportunity for an eager career minded graduate looking to start an exciting journey.
Judging the quality of calls ensuring leads are processed to a high quality before being sent to clients
Identify unacceptable content updating Team Managers for feedback to Advisers
Listen, assess grade and check calls
Ensuring Customer Service Advisers are using the correct call scripts obtaining clear consent
Team leader in a call and contact centre environment is desirable
Ability to work to targets
Competent using MS Office
Ability to maintain focus for long period
