My client urgently needs a number of Customer Support Agents to join their Fife based call team. Set in a modern call centre in Fife, you will be joining a fast paced contact centre providing customers with factual information regarding the track and trace app for COVID19, this would via outbound calls.

To be considered for this you must be able to demonstrate the following:

* A good listener
* Display Empathy at all times
* Experience in previous customer service roles
* Compassionate
* Can handle a fast paced environment
* Fully flexible
* Committed


This is an immediate start, full training will be provided but due to the nature of the role you need to be fully flexible to cover all shift patterns between 8am - 8pm 10 out of 14 days (shifts work on a 2 week rota). This is a minimum 3 month contract paying £9.30. There is free onsite parking available too.
