Role Title: Call Centre Team Manger
Location: Preston City Centre
Salary: up to £27,000
My client based in Preston City Centre is looking to recruit multiple Team Managers to join a growing high profile Call Centre venture. The role will involve managing a team of 12 - 15 colleagues ensuring the highest quality of customer service is delivered at all times through effective management, support, supervision and team development.
The role is offered on a permanent basis and is offering a salary up to £27,000 based on experience. The role is predominantly Monday - Friday with one in four Saturday mornings worked. The hours worked are between 8am - 9pm on a rotation basis.
The role -
* Managing a team of 12 - 15 agents, planning and controlling activity and reviewing performance based on productivity, quality and other requirements
* Organising the team workload and adhering to targets and deadlines
* Conducting individual and team meetings to review performance and quality
* Produce reports using the MS Office suite
* Analyse data, problem solve and make efficient business critical decisions
* Work as part of the wider team management network
