Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company that are going through an exciting period of expansion due to recent success and therefore are recruiting to meet current business needs.

The day to day role will be to assess call centre activity, producing reports, identifying trends and feeding this information back to senior management and clients.

As a Call Centre Reporting & Data Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Producing accurate and insightful reports using appropriate data sources and tools
  • Interrogate data to identify and make process improvement recommendations
  • Monitor and review call centre stats, identifying trends and providing detailed reports
  • Working closely with the management to ensure SLA's are being met in line with the clients expectations
  • Accustomed to working under pressure, prioritising workload to achieve tight deadlines and displaying a proven track record in delivering results.

For the position of Call Centre Reporting & Data Analyst we are looking for the following experience:

  • Experience working in a Analyst within a contact centre environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to produce details and timely reports
  • Good planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Work on own initiative

Call Centre Reporting & Data Analyst:

  • Starting salary to £24,000

  • Initially a 12 month FTC
