Position: Customer Retention Advisor
Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 P/A + Commission
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 10:00am - 19:00pm
Location: Leicester, City Centre

Our client is introducing a new campaign that targets winning back customers in the heart of Leicester, City Centre. The role requires working in a call centre and is having to make outbound calls to previous/existing customers. This campaign focuses on customer retention's and up-selling.
Your Skills & Requirements:
* Ability to working within a fast paced customer service & sales environment.
* Have the ability to make outbound calls to customers (business to customer; B2B).
* Demonstrate up-selling and/or sales ability
* Self-motivated, able to remain positive and focused when under pressure.
* Personal resilience, desire to succeed by handling customer objections.
* Target driven, for example sales, quality and productivity.
* Lots of initiative and able to problem solve.
