Business Development Manager

Salary: Up to £30k DOE - OTE Earnings up to £35k!
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Full time working hours, No weekends!

Our client is looking to grow their Business Development Team near to central Leeds. A great opportunity for the right candidate to continue their development within a team of professionals who are experts in their field.

Our client offers amazing Earning Potential in the role, which is very achievable for those with a money-motivated and ambitious mindset. Standard earnings of up to £30k in OTE commission, alongside other benefits including:

The Key Duties of the Business Development Manager

  • To exceed the company order volumes & revenue targets that are set, ranging from (but not limited to) new inbound leads, self-generated outbound opportunities and through our marketing platforms, including all ancillary products.
  • To proactively encourage and maintain a positive, vibrant and professional environment across all teams and divisions.
  • To build a strong network of contacts that support holding enough opportunities to deliver the required target orders and deliveries for the role.
  • Shape pricing & social media strategy with Sales & Pricing Manager to ensure the company is maximising their content on all social media and email marketing platforms.
  • Manage high volume of inbound contacts and outbound telephone appointments, with a focus on maximising conversion rates from contact through to sale.


The Key Requirements of the Business Development Manager

  • High energy and productivity
  • 2 years previous sales experience
  • 1 year experience within Automotive industry desirable
  • An understanding of social media to create content and build an ongoing network
