Job Title: Business Systems Support Analyst x 4
Location: Dundee
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 + 34 days holiday, 5% pension

About the Business Systems Support Analyst Roles:

There are 4 fantastic opportunities to join this highly respected local company working on 2nd - 3rd line requests, supporting the local service desk team, taking on escalations and more bespoke pieces of work. You will be a point of contact for partners also and support junior member of the wider team in what is very much a hands on role.

We are looking for people with strength across Windows and Microsoft, ideally including a mixture of Dynamics CRM, Navision and/or SharePoint with experience of O365 also but will consider other applications beign support such as Oracle. We are looking for people who enjoy problem solving and engaging with customers, users and colleagues in person, over the phone and remotely. A good understanding of ITIL would be great as would an understanding of change management processes too.

There may be some flexible working in time but to begin with this is an office based position
