Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new exciting role?
I am currently working with a leading provider of Facilities Management Services who require an experienced Business Support Administrator to join their team in Glasgow reporting to the Business Support Supervisor. You will be working in fantastic modern offices in the City Centre located close to great transport links.
Within this role you will be providing a professional, efficient and confidential administrative support to Supervisor and wider M&S Teams.

* Collating Access Permits, providing accurate information, applying for permits via online systems, maintaining up to date spreadsheets
* Managing Access Permits mailbox daily to ensure emails are being responded to in a timely manner.
* Collating and ordering uniforms for the wider City M&S Team
* Liaising with field-based engineers for updates via email and telephone
* Analysing and presenting information in various formats, e.g. spreadsheets, charts, presentations, and written reports;
* Dealing with adhoc admin requests.
* General administrative support to Business Support Supervisor and wider M&S team.
* Coordination of appropriate projects, primarily related to business development;
* Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
* Distributing Mail
* Booking Meeting rooms and arranging catering
This is a fantastic opportunity within a large organisation and the successful candidate must be flexible and be able to demonstrate initiative in decision making, be articulate, confident and a great team player. Have the ability to adapt to changes, work under pressure and have great accuracy and attention to detail and must have good working knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
This role would suit someone who has a background in Facilities Management.
