Business Support Administrator
Monday - Friday
37.5 hours £8.50ph
Immediate start - Temporary

We are working with a specialist engineering company, based in Sheffield. They have a number of clients based all around the UK and manage a network of field service engineers. We are looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator on a temporary basis to cover until January.

We are looking for a candidate who has worked within a similar role recently and ideally has experience using Sage.

The duties and responsibilities of the Business Support Administrator are:

* Providing support to both Company Directors and workshop technicians
* Raising customer invoices, including payment allocation
* Processing supplier invoices
* Bank reconciliation
* General financial accounting including remittances, statements, sage housekeeping, petty cash & staff expenses
* VAT Returns
* Pension Contribution Administration
* Travel, accommodation and subsistence arrangements
* Shipment, delivery and purchasing of goods
* Training arrangements
* Marketing - Social Media updates
* Minute taking
* QA Procedures
* Reception duties

The ideal Business Support Administrator will have:

* Experience within a similar role ideally within a similar industry
* Able to pick things up quickly
* Experience using Sage
* Experience using all Office packages including excel
* Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload

Access to your own vehicle is essential for this role as travel may be required.
