This role could be perfect for you! This nationwide company are looking for a fantastic Team Administrator to join their team based in Glasgow working normal office hours.
Within this role you will be working closely with the sales team, clients and suppliers and assist them in working to tight and varied deadlines. You will also be checking invoices and calculating quotes as well as creating finance documents and ensuring the compliance needs of the business are met. Accuracy is key within this role and you will need a fine eye for detail and understand the need for data protection. Administration duties will include compiling reports, scanning and filing documents and strong diary management when preparing documents to clients and working to strict deadlines is extremely important so organisation and time management is definitely needed!
Team fit is essential in this role and you will need to be very confident in sales, administration and coordinating with many parties. You will need excellent communication skills and happy to express your ideas in a professional manner. You will also need to adaptable and flexible to the needs of the business. A back ground within sales and finance is desirable however this candidate has to have the ability to multi task and prioritise as well as taking instruction from others. Full training will be given and you will need to ensure you are working within the company values and to work well within the team environment.
