We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and experienced telesales representative top assist our client and help meet ambitious sales targets in a new area of their business

This is an exciting time for this already successful business to develop their products in new markets

Responsible for:

  • Researching target customers, based on the target sectors identified by the business, creating and maintaining a target database.
  • Cold calling prospective customers, discovering what their needs are and showing how our products and service can support their business.
  • Converting prospects to regular customers.
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our business, and the sectors we operate in, to ensure you can offer excellent customer service at all times.
  • Customer service support for new customers eg. Helping with orders, doing follow up calls to make sure the order was received well.

  • Excellent people skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Proven experience in telesales/generating own leads
  • A proactive individual who is driven to meet targets and able to take ownership of customer accounts
  • Knowledge or experience in baking industry would be advantageous, as would a love of home baking!
  • Good organisation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel to enable you to manipulate data
