Are you a professional with a background in financial matters looking for a new role as a Business Quality Officer in an IFA setting? We're helping to recruit a Business Quality Review Officer to work from home or in our client's Reading or Birmingham base, and sometimes travelling between their various UK offices.

The right candidate will receive a salary of up to £33k per annum for successfully tackling this busy and rewarding business quality officer job.

The Business Quality Reviewer will:
? Manage and assess file reviews submitted by the company's IFAs.
? Ensure all required information and documentation is collected and stored appropriately.
? Interact with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates.
? Maintain policy and process knowledge to ensure consistent competency and KPIs are met.

This will be a target driven, operational environment, so experience in such a collaborative compliance team setting is essential.

Experience and core skills required for this Business Officer role:
? Sound knowledge of UK Financial Services Industry, retail products and risk management
? Experience gained with an IFA firm in a financial services customer services or operational role
? Qualified to Level 4 (desirable)
? Working knowledge of MS Office
? Proven experience of working with multiple systems and databases
