Business Immigration Paralegal

This is a fantastic opportunity based in central London for a paralegal with experience in business immigration, to join an established practice with a blue chip client base where you can prove yourself and have a genuine opportunity to be rewarded with a training contract as a result!

This client is ranked highly in the Legal 500 for immigration and focuses particularly on corporate/business immigration. This team are well respected and have a national reputation for the work they do.

Here you can expect to do casework as well as deal with clients on a 1-2-1 basis. The work centres around Sponsor licence work for a mix of existing clients doing employee visa applications and advising on right to work. Additionally, there are new clients incoming regularly where they are also doing sponsorship licence applications. On top of this there is ad hoc advice, requiring you to think out the box - and on your feet!

The successful candidate will:

• Have prior experience working as an immigration paralegal doing casework.
• Demonstrate proven experience working on sponsorship matters and other corporate/business immigration matters.
• Be confident and have the ability to think on their feet when dealing with clients directly.
