My Livingston based client have massive growth plans and as such are recruiting for an experienced Business Development professional to join their team and be part of the technology revolution in their market.

With clients across health care, manufacturing, retail, and local authorities, their experienced team has a wealth of knowledge in identifying the best product solutions for every type of building.

As a Business Development Manager you will target SME's promoting their range of state of the art technology in order support their growth and achieve set targets. Out with the above you would be responsible for the following duties:

* Developing market specific business strategies representing the company as a sector specialist.
* Actively approaching prospect clients executing the business development plan and exceed targets.
* Break in to the private commercial market promoting your unique and high tech product line.
* Be the guru for all things related to your target market.
* Be the main point of contact between multi teams across the company and customers to deliver a seamless service.
* Cold calling business to business identifying key decision makers to identify needs and

To be considered for this vacancy you must have a strong a track record of relationship management at C-suite level in previous technology or telecommunications related roles whilst being able to demonstrate the following:

* B2B sales experience in a telecommunications or technology related role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both with internal teams and customers.
* Be self motivated with the focus and determination to build and maintain your own desk.
* Innovative thinker always striving to find and deliver the best solution for your customers.
* Be a strong team player with experience working along side a range of functions successfully.

This position offers a generous salary of up to £45,000 (DOE) which you can more than double with OTE. The working hours are Monday- Friday 0-5 which is office based.
