A growing business that provide groundbreaking services into the Education sector is looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Business Development Manager, based in London.

This organisation have been established for over 10 years and now have an enviable global presence. Their team of professionals provide an innovative service aimed at strengthening student access to additional training and resource materials within the subjects of Dramatic Arts, English Literature and Dance.

This role will see you develop strong relationships within Higher Education and Further Education - selling to secondary schools, colleges and universities. You will be an excellent relationship builder, passionate about service delivery but also about hitting sales and revenue targets and will be a natural winner when it comes to getting results in business. You will ideally have a genuine personal interest in the specific fields of study that this organisation provide services for - but that is not essential. The essential criteria for this role is that you have previous experience selling into education and that you have a stable background both professionally and academically.

This role comes with significant opportunities to develop as this business continues to grow and prosper ( they are currently ahead of their annual target, and massively overachieved against this target last year). There is significant earning potential to be had in the way of bonuses along with being part of a winning and passionate team. Base salary depends on the length of experience in Sales within education, but also on the levels you have sold to - circa £28, 000 - £32, 000 + bonuses.NB top performers within their Sales team are earning circa £100, 000.+. Those are not pie in the sky figures but are genuine examples of what can be achieved within this business.
