A growing but hugely reputable business in the UK is looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager. Our client have been trading for over 30 years and have a stable workforce of around 40 staff. They offer market leading solutions into petrol stations, retailers, convenience, hospitality and more.
This role is a hunter role, whereby you will be responsible for developing new strategic long term relationships with businesses across the UK. There will also be account management involved, and will be home based with occasional sales meetings at the HQ in the North West.
Our client already have a very healthy market share, but want to diversify and operate in new markets, so this role is ideal for someone who is a good networker, negotiator, relationship builder and influencer. You will have excellent sales presentation skills, be comfortable using a CRM system, and will know how to sell consultatively to win and retain and grow key customers.
Ideal candidates will be coming from any of the following industries: payment service sales, Fuel sales, selling any product or service into forecourts and petrol stations, health and safety services sales experience, or selling wet-stock management. Next on the list would be candidates that have sold a product or service into general retail, convenience or hospitality based customers.
As this organisation is a heavily growing one, there is tangible progression, alongside a very generous and lucrative personal commission scheme, alongside a company bonus paid annually. Base salary range is entirely dependent on experience but is a range from 45k-55k plus a bonus scheme that is uncapped, plus a car allowance and benefits. Interviews are ASAP!!
