I am currently working with a true high growth SME provider of Telecom Solutions across Scotland are looking to bring on a number of New Business Development Managers to help grow the client portfolio and drive new revenue.

The business itself is a great place to work; the office is open plan and has a vibrant culture that is upbeat in approach and dynamic in nature. There is plenty of progression on offer with the business going through sustained growth.

The company are considering both fairly junior and more senior candidates (salary subject to experience levels) and would be open to reviewing candidates of all levels of experience.

Working with a mixture of businesses, you would be tasked with taking the offering to market, networking with decision makers and providing on site solutions for all telecoms needs including phone systems, cloud solutions and mobile solutions.

The role will look after the following key areas:

* Effective prospecting and lead generation
* Researching the business and finding relevant points of contact
* Making initial contact to set up business meetings to offer solution
* Provide on-site meetings to scope requirements and provide effective solutions
* Supply and Pricing Negotiations
* Develop your client base and network by closing new accounts
* Grow the above accounts through effective Account Management
* Up-selling and Cross-Selling where appropriate

The right person will possess:

* Forward thinker, upbeat and motivated
* True new business hunter mentality
* Ability to manage time, workload and diary effectively
* A knowledge of Telecoms/IT products (preferably Telecoms)
* Effective communicator who can influence
* Track record in new business, business to business sales
