Business development executive

My client is looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive to join the team and help spread the word about the company.

The team is an enthusiastic bunch who help businesses explore our unique and
game-changing platform. The product speaks for itself but we need positive people,
people to ensure others out there are listening.
You will support the team by warming up leads, contacting customers-to-be to
explain how the business can change their lives and working closely with the rest of
the team to convert leads into loyal customers.
In order to succeed, you'll need larger than life communication skills and an ability to
smile down the phone. You'll get to know the Companies products inside out and be
our biggest advocate.

Base salary plus commission = realistic OTE £36-38k(basic (£25k) + commission)

The day to day stuff:
The market is constantly moving which means priorities will change
and you'll need to be comfortable with this. But these are the
things that will be core to your role and will keep you busy.

? Pipeline generation and driving new business. This is the bread and butter of
the role, what you'll be responsible for and targeted on
? Growing our customer base and opening conversations with new customers
? Analysing our market database and teasing out the best leads
? Working cross-functionally with all teams to help create the ultimate Customer experience
? Keeping up to date with developments to your products and sharing customer

About you:

? are a great storyteller with the ability to persuade
? have excellent written and verbal English

relationships over the phone
? Have an interest in the property market and what's happening in it
? Have a strong work ethic, take real pride in what you do and are a self-starter
? Adept at juggling multiple accounts and workstreams, and happy to work in a
fast-paced environment
? You'll be passionate ambassador for the business and will be willing immerse
yourself fully in our product and target markets, always placing yourself in the
customers' shoes
? Knowledge of the residential property industry would come in handy
? Experience using Hubspot would be useful.

Company Background:

This business started with just 4 headcount and a dream. By early 2019
released a Beta site and had over 100 users in 45 countries.
Mid 2019 was the start of our first media release and saw a huge ramp up to almost
1000 users and headcount grew to 12 - by the end of 2019 we had over 4300 users
and 1400 companies joined our journey.
By 2020 - saw continued growth - Headcount grew to 25 just before Covid hit.
However Covid didn't stand in the way - revenue continued to
improve. A public site was launched and 10,000 branches registered on a free trial.
New features were also developed: Network, Prospector, LM dashboard and Lead
2021 saw revenue increase by 12% month on month and headcount is now at 65.
