I am looking for Business Development Executives to join a global company specialising in medical devices and sales, who have grown into one of the most trusted names in the orthodontic industry.

You will be responsible for the UK based and Irish customers, contacting new and existing clients to sell their products and service and manage your client's accounts.

What will you be doing?

* Account management and customer care
* Proactively contact accounts to increase sales and average order size by means of up-selling and add-on sales
* Generating quality leads with decision makers and create opportunities;
* Meet and exceed sales targets, and monthly KPI's
* Input / maintain active customer files and accurate database records in the CRM system
* Essential follow up on marketing campaigns and activities
* Working together with Credit control and Customer Services in order to provide high level of customer care


What do I need from you?

* A clear understanding of the sales process and how to manage every stage
* Ability to maintain and develop client relationships
* High drive, self-motivation and integrity
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ability to effectively multitask
