An exciting opportunity has become available for a Business Development Executive to join a UK leading insurance broker. Based in Hove, you will be an integral part to the sales team's success while being on the front line of client interaction.
As the BDE, you will be generating leads through an internal database and booking appointments for the sale team to convert. This will be a fast paced sales role that will be a great step to getting into the insurance industry.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Generate new leads via telephone and email campaigns
- Qualify leads before passing them on to the sales team
- Cross selling and increasing the profitability of existing products
- Monitoring and reporting on performance against leads/sales
To be successful:
- Experience within a telesales role
- Ability to manage your own workload
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- An interest in a career within insurance
This is full time, permanent and offers a salary of £18,000 to £21,000 + uncapped commission.
