Search Consultancy is currently looking to speak to professional Business Development Executives to join a well established Fleet Car Company, based in the City Centre.

As a Business Development Executive you will be expected to constantly monitor service levels, deal processing procedures and sales performance with a view to enhancing all areas where possible.

The role will involve working closely with the nominated sales support person to provide a complete service package to all introducers. As well as provide a link between introducers/clients and funders, in conjunction with other team members provide a general support service where required.

Purpose of the role;

  • To liaise with and manage current business accounts;
  • Manage relationships with credit optimiser dealers,
  • Prospecting for new business,
  • Process all proposals and orders
  • Deal with general enquiries

Task & Responsibilities;

  • Manage relationships with credit optimiser dealers to maximise all opportunities from finance declines
  • Process all incoming finance proposals
  • Create relevant deal file for accepted orders
  • Upload new deals onto database before passing to sales support
  • Provide a link between introducer/client & funder during proposal stage
  • Ensure all activity targets and database management is maintained
  • Work in conjunction with the department manager to monitor and maintain set business income, units and FSP targets
  • To provide support to other members of the department where required
  • To work closely with the sales support team on all areas of introduced business

Skills required;

  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Up to date knowledge of the car industry
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients
  • Methodical and have attention to detail
  • Computer literate
